One of the best things about living in Pittsburgh is the plethora of farmers markets. Supporting local farmers and vendors is a great way to help our local economy and build a stronger sense of community. Pick a day that works with your schedule and get ready to feast!
The Upper St Clair farmers' market takes place Thursdays 4pm-7pm, located at the parking lot between Westminster church and the high school. You can purchase meats, eggs, vegetables, fruits, breads directly from farmers to feed your family for the week. My family also loves to pick up a ready made meal on Thursdays from the market. Favorites include; homemade pierogies, barbecue. gyros, barbecue, Moroccan food, shaved ice and ice cream. Come meet your neighbors, buy delicious and nutritious food and take a break from cooking!
